Whole-Body Hyperthermia

Hyperthermia therapy (or hyperthermia, or thermotherapy) is a type of medical treatment in which body tissue is exposed to temperatures above body temperature, in the region of 40–45 °C (104–113 °F). Hyperthermia is usually applied as an adjuvant to radiotherapy or chemotherapy, to which it works as a sensitizer, in an effort to treat cancer.

Hyperthermia uses higher temperatures than diathermy and lower temperatures than ablation. When combined with radiation therapy, it can be called thermoradiotherapy.

Electro-Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Electro-Lymphatic Drainage Massage uses an electro-biology device that emits a Mild Electrostatic Energy Field (EEF). This field is generated through medical grade glass applicators that create physical vibrations with dynamically pulsed acoustic pressure waves at low frequencies. This wave pulse creates vibratory energy at the molecular level that improves the function and health of the entire lymphatic system. Electro-Lymph Therapy amplifies the effects of manual lymph drainage, reducing the time and complexity of the treatment.

EECP (Enhanced External Counter Pulsation)

Enhanced External Counter Pulsation (EECP) is performed as a non-invasive treatment to lower the number and intensity of angina episodes. Treatment is administered through three pairs of external inflatable cuffs that are applied around the lower legs, upper legs and buttocks. These cuffs continuously inflate and deflate between the resting period of the heartbeat and increase blood returned to the heart.

The basic principle of EECP treatment involves increasing the amount of blood returning to the heart, which helps supply more oxygen to its starved areas. With more oxygen available, the heart can function much more efficiently and therefore reduce chest pain.

ONDAMED

The ONDAMED is a unique technology offering a personalized treatment approach utilizing electro-magnetic field stimulation.  It provides a non-invasive breakthrough modality for pain relief, treatment of soft tissue injuries and wound healing. The practitioner stimulates the patient’s body with a hand-held applicator moving it along the patient’s body while waiting for a Biofeedback response from the patient. This response helps identify stressed physiological areas which helps the patient’s attentiveness to her/his body to potential weaknesses; such weaknesses may include areas of inflammation, infection, scars or cellular memory of unresolved shock and trauma. These areas often prove to be related to patients’ symptoms.

Shockwave

Shockwave is an acoustic wave which carries high energy to painful spots and myoskeletal tissues with subacute, subchronic and chronic conditions. The energy promotes regeneration and reparative processes of the bones, tendons and other soft tissues.

Shockwaves are characterized by jump change in pressure, high amplitude and non-periodicity.

The kinetic energy of the projectile, created by compressed air, is transferred to the transmitter at the end of the applicator and further into the tissue.
